The key to feeling good about your body isn’t to change the way it looks: it’s to change the way that you think. In this weekend workshop, we will explore how to change your thoughts through exploring asana and philosophical frameworks.

HOW TO BECOME A PERSON OF INTEGRITY: THE ETHICS OF YOGA EMBODIED
Saturday, July 21st 1.30-4.30pm
At it’s best, yoga asana helps us learn about the underlying ethical principles of yoga so that we can realize them not in an intellectual fashion, but in an embodied way. In this weekend workshop we will go over the eight limbs of yoga, and begin to explore the yamas and the niyamas, and feeling for their presence in our asana work. We will look for the ways that these underlying principles show up in Forrest Yoga, often not by their original names. This workshop will help you identify ethical themes in your yoga practice, and to begin to observe their workings in your life off the mat.

SMART SEQUENCING FOR YOUR BODY: DESIGN (AND DO!) YOUR OWN FORREST YOGA HOME PRACTICE
Sunday, July 22nd 1.30-4.30pm
Smart Sequencing for YOUR Body: Design (and Do!) Your Own Forrest Yoga Home Practice Forrest Yoga teaches embodiment in unique ways, and works in equally special ways to help you heal your own body. Here you be guided through a short warm-up and then will learn the fundamentals of Forrest Yoga sequencing, and start to apply it towards designing your own practice for your special needs at this moment.

Sunday, July 22nd 5-7pm
Learning to believe in yourself is a process that is built on the truth that you CAN do things. It is important to learn to structure lessons for yourself that build and prove the truth that you are capable, and worth believing in. In Forrest Yoga we use coached deep breathing to help access your ability to heal your own body, energetic fields, and emotional fields. In this workshop, Erica will guide you to access poses you had not previously, parts of your emotional self you had not previously, and leave with a new conception of what it means to Trust Yourself.

£25 for 2 hour workshops & £35 for 3 hours.
£110 for the full weekend.
